reminder to those with high blood pressure.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take care of yourself I LOVE YOU!! ♥

A friend of mine just informed me that they will be getting dialysis due to high blood pressure BECAUSE they just had to have salt and didnt take their meds seriously... not even 45 yet ...smh.... the praying continues ♥

i loose enuff people to unnecessary things like street violence note to self: you kinda have control over that SO do something!!

    • San D Playwright Blood pressure and kidney failure is a viscious circle, you never really know which came first and which caused which. I am being monitored for potential early kidney probs but so far it is early days and blood pressure is normal. I send good wishes for your friend who needs dialysis.       ‎4 sure jamie & people have even died from drinking too much water...when it comes to food...we r our own worse enemy...dr says, no more pork & fried foods...what we do when we go home...have those fried pork chops that night...man, that was a good dinner...those 2 chops hit the spot...now, why am i feelin funny & my head is spinnin like a tire goin down the road by itself...& i didn't go get my script filled like the dr said...will do it tmrw...gonna take a nap now for 2-4hrs & dream about chops jumping over the fence..
